  • Other educational and professional development services introduced from time to time.

3. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By enrolling in any course, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

4. Registration and Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after:
 

  • Successful submission of the application (where applicable).

  • Verification of required details.

  • Successful receipt of payment.
     

Skill Orbit Edutech reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment at its sole discretion.

5. Course Fees and Payment

Payments may be made through:
 

  • Razorpay

  • UPI

  • Any other payment methods introduced by Skill Orbit Edutech.
     

Course fees must be paid in accordance with the selected payment plan before access to the course is granted.
 

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Refund and Batch Transfer Policy

Refund Policy
 

All course fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment has been processed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.

Batch Transfer

Skill Orbit Edutech may, at its sole discretion, permit a transfer to another batch in exceptional circumstances.

Batch transfers may be considered only for genuine reasons including:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Unavoidable professional commitments

  • Other exceptional situations deemed reasonable by Skill Orbit Edutech
     

Approval of any transfer request is entirely at the discretion of Skill Orbit Edutech.

7. Placement Assistance Disclaimer

Skill Orbit Edutech provides:
 

  • Placement Assistance

  • Resume Reviews

  • Interview Preparation

  • Industry Referrals
     

However, Skill Orbit Edutech does not guarantee:
 

  • Employment

  • Job offers

  • Interview calls

  • Salary packages

  • Promotions

  • Career outcomes
     

Employment depends upon various factors including individual skills, qualifications, prior experience, interview performance, employer requirements, and prevailing market conditions.

8. Certificates

Course Completion Certificates may be issued only after a student has:
 

  • Successfully completed the course.

  • Submitted all mandatory assignments.

  • Maintained a minimum of 80% attendance.

  • Successfully completed required assessments (where applicable).
     

Skill Orbit Edutech reserves the right to withhold certification if these requirements are not met.

9. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:
 

  • Attend sessions regularly.

  • Complete assignments honestly.

  • Maintain respectful conduct.

  • Use the learning platform responsibly.

  • Keep login credentials confidential.

  • Provide accurate registration information.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available by Skill Orbit Edutech, including but not limited to:
 

  • Live sessions

  • Recorded lectures

  • Presentations

  • PDFs

  • Notes

  • Assignments

  • Assessments

  • Website content

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Course curriculum

  • Training methodology

  • Learning resources
     

is the exclusive intellectual property of Skill Orbit Edutech and/or its licensors.
 

No student or third party may reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any material without prior written permission.

11. Recording and Content Sharing

Students are strictly prohibited from:
 

  • Recording live classes.

  • Audio recording any training session.

  • Screen recording classes.

  • Taking screenshots for commercial distribution.

  • Uploading course content to YouTube or other platforms.

  • Sharing course materials with third parties.

  • Sharing login credentials.

  • Selling or redistributing course content.

  • Using AI tools to reproduce or redistribute proprietary training materials without written permission.
     

Violation may result in:
 

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent removal from the course

  • Termination of access without refund

  • Appropriate legal action

12. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times.
 

Skill Orbit Edutech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for:
 

  • Abusive language

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behaviour

  • Discrimination

  • Academic dishonesty

  • Unauthorized recordings

  • Copyright infringement

  • Sharing course materials

  • Impersonation

  • Non-payment

  • Repeated disruption of classes

  • Any conduct that adversely affects other learners or trainers

13. Course Changes

Skill Orbit Edutech reserves the right to:
 

  • Change trainers.

  • Modify course schedules.

  • Reschedule classes.

  • Update course curriculum.

  • Revise learning materials.

  • Change software versions used during training.

  • Cancel or postpone batches due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances.
     

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

14. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining:
 

  • Stable internet connectivity

  • Suitable computer or laptop

  • Required software installations

  • Necessary hardware
     

Skill Orbit Edutech shall not be responsible for learning disruptions caused by technical issues on the student's side.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skill Orbit Edutech shall not be liable for:
 

  • Internet failures

  • Power outages

  • Technical interruptions

  • Software compatibility issues

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Delays beyond its reasonable control

  • Data loss

  • Student employment outcomes

  • Career progression

  • Business losses

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
     

The total liability of Skill Orbit Edutech, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the relevant course.

16. Privacy

Personal information submitted by users shall be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

By using our services, users consent to such collection and processing.

17. Suspension and Termination

Skill Orbit Edutech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student's access without prior notice for violation of these Terms & Conditions.


Termination shall not entitle the student to any refund.
 

18. Force Majeure

Skill Orbit Edutech shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyber-attacks, labour disputes, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
 

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.
 

If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
 

Subject to the above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Amendments

Skill Orbit Edutech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
 

Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.
 

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
